We are confident in our products, and sure you will look awesome in them!

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Item, we do our best to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

Reprint
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact Cooliglo Merchant Support (cooligiers@gmail.com) and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. That's our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that reprints are issued, if your customer receives a damaged product.

Refund
In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, full order refund is placed to customer account within 2 business day after notifying Cooliglo Merchant Support.
