Reprint
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact Cooliglo Merchant Support ( cooligiers@gmail.com) and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. That's our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that reprints are issued, if your customer receives a damaged product.

Refund
In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, full order refund is placed to customer account within 2 business day after notifying Cooliglo Merchant Support. Please see our Terms of Service for the errors we take full responsibility for. That's our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that refunds are issued correctly.

Fulfillment & Shipping

What are Cooliglo’s production times like?
The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.
Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?
On occasion, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:
The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the print providers do not necessarily inform us).
The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
The order contains 12 or more items.
However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Merchant Support team for a status update

Can I insert additional items into the package?
Unfortunately, this is not an option that is offered at the moment.

What are Colliglo’s shipping options?
In addition to standard shipping, express shipping option is available in the Cooliglo’s shipping calculator.

Express shipping timeframes
Express shipping within the US: 2-3 business days.
International express shipping: 3-5 business days.

Tracking information
As soon as the tracking information becomes available, it will automatically updated and the customer will receive an email with the tracking number (if applicable).

Is shipping included in the Cooliglo product price?
No. Shipping rats are featured on your check out. Shipping rates will vary depending on product type, and delivery destination.

How are shipping costs calculated for multiple items?
If the order consists of multiple products that are printed by our different print provider around the globe ( we give equal opportunities to various small business to work with us) , then each product will have the shipping fee applied to it.

Which countries does Cooliglo ship to?
Our products able to ship to most countries; however, shipping is not offered to Guadeloupe and North Korea.

Do you ship to military addresses?
All of our print products — except for T-shirt and Sons — are able to ship to military addresses. All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS.
Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days. Specific delivery estimates provided by USPS.
Please note: It is to be expected that the tracking stops showing updates once the order reaches the applicable APO, FPO, or DPO hub. However, the order is continuing its journey.

What are customs fees?
Customs fees are taxes that can sometimes be applied to imported shipments, based on each country’s import regulations.
Please note that Cooliglo is not responsible for any customs fees that an order may incur upon its arrival in the destination country.
